vitiligo, vitiligo food


We have taken out in-depth search for recommended foods to those suffering from the Vitiligo skin disorder can be helpful for the recovery from this abnormalities or dysfunctional of melanocyte cells. Following are some of the foods which will help you during the treatment with our anti-leucoderma oil

Fruits and vegetables such as mushrooms, pineapple, bananas, cherry, raspberries, buckwheat, parsley, celery root, fruit figs, apricots, pears, blackberries, nuts, melons, legumes, millet, barley (porridge), (peas, beans, lentils) pulses, Marine cabbage, Spinach, broccoli. Green Tea with Mint.

Products containing iron, copper, zinc, cod liver, fish and seafood, As per the old tradition fish and seafood should not be taken along with the milk that can happen white patches on your skin too.
Products containing tyrosine: Beans, pumpkin seeds are also advisable.

Fat, spices, salty, acidic (oranges, mandarins, etc.)
Beef, bread, flour, fried and smoked foods, bilberry, quince.
Chocolate, spices and fat sauces, horseradish, mustard, pepper, strong tea, butter and margarine, alcohol, coffee.
Start food with salads with vegetable oil, then eat something parboiled, for example, a cereal porridge.
